Welcome to the website of the Food and Nutrition Torribera Campus, the newest of the six campuses University of Barcelona has. It is born with a clear will to work in the nutrition field and contribute with all the strength of university. This is its window to the university community and the whole world.

In our website you will find all that has to do with the activities held in the campus. Through the corresponding links you will be able to have a look at the potential of the food and nutrition sphere in the University of Barcelona and the rest of the Catalan system on studies, research and knowledge transfer, as well as university's social responsibility in the nutrition field.

Likewise, you will find information concerning the Torribera premises in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (owned by Diputació de Barcelona local administration), where this campus is located. Its history, institutions, architecture, activities, the value of Marina's mountain range's natural landscape in Santa Coloma and the agreements which made possible the restructuring of some of the buildings so that they could house university activity are just a few of the many interesting items you will find here.

By means of this campus University of Barcelona's mission is to train undergraduate students and thus provide society with a quality university environment devoted to knowledge in food and nutrition. Hence all the teaching staff, investigators and administrative and service personnel of renowned prestige the campus is putting to work together with a full commitment to this joint project.
