Poster presentation instructions:

Poster boards will be 2 meters width x 1 meter height (landscape orientation). A0 size landscape is recommended.

Authors of odd numbers are expected to be present at their posters during the morning; authors of even numbered posters are expected to be present in the afternoon. 

Note that this information prevails over the presentation schedule in the original email of acceptance.
