Abstract submission is no longer possible but you can register to attend ECVP.
Note that early (cheaper) registration has ended the 17th of April 2016. After this date the fees will increase (see table). Registration includes full access to the main conference and the cocktail reception on Sunday 28 of August 2016, as well as coffee breaks, and the fare well parties (TBA).
The registration fees do not include the social dinner. The social dinner can be booked as an option at the same time of the registration.

*Accompanying Persons are the people who accompany the participants at the conference. Accompanying persons do not follow the scientific program of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Refund after written cancellation is possible until the deadline:
- Full refund deadline -> May 30, 2016
- 60% refund deadline -> August 1, 2016
- No refund after August 1, 2016
