Pensar Matemàticament

These guided tours offer the chance to see some applications of mathematics in our daily lives brought by experts. With the explanations provided by the experts, authors of the exhibition, participants can analyse problems on resource distribution of different kinds to see how to mathematically formalize these in a simple way. We will treat different issues, such as distributive problems, game theory and social choice, using examples and basic notions as an excuse to present doubts and rigorous knowledge in a clear and fun way.
