NorayDocs Platform: How to register and use

The NorayDocs platform is the IT tool for managing the offered services of the Research Support Committees.

This tool speeds up the submission of applications to be evaluated, improving the communication between users and the committees, while ensuring total transparency and confidentiality. It is a document manager to which both researchers and committees have access.

One of the main advantages of NorayDocs is that it allows immediate notification of the progress of the project, as well as updates of the status changes to researchers by email.

With regards to the Bioethics Commission of the University of Barcelona, the following types of applications can be submitted through the NorayDocs platform:

• Request for the evaluation of research projects, doctoral theses, TFGs and TFMs.
• Request to modify previously approved projects.
• Request for certificates for submission to funding calls with pending resolution.
• Request for exemption from evaluation for research projects that do not involve working with humans, human samples or collecting or processing data from human beings.

In order to be registered on the NorayDocs platform, you should fill in the Registration form with your data and send it by email to Suport als Comitès de Recerca (suport.comites.recerca@ub.edu) so that they send you the accession credentials.
