Delgado Gurriarán, one of the most original and vitalist authors of the Galician exile in Mexico for his characteristic blend of Galician and American realities, is the author honored in Galician Letters 2022, a day that commemorates the printing of the book that inaugurates modern Galician literature, Cantares gallegos (1863) by Rosalía de Castro, on May 17.
