My prime research deals with fen ecology in Central Pyrenees. I have worked on three fen species in order to explain their development in different flooding conditions, studying the plant-plant interactions and their ecologic differences.

About fens, I am interested in plant functional traits, metacommunities and biogeographic patterns. Furthermore, I am starting a mid-term monitoring on fen areas with a high cattle pressure, where plots excluded from grazing will give results to elucidate the community’s restoration ability.
