Barcelona Provincial Council publishes the book " Day trippers in small areas Methodology and implementation: the Barcelona area" Suriñach, J. [Dir.], Casanovas, J.A. [Coo.] André, M., Murillo, J., Romero, J. (2015).
This work is pioneer in Europe by proposing a specific methodology to identify and account day trippers moving in the territory, and in the case of Barcelona and its regions represents a very large volume of people so far unquantified. The used methodology and an application to the county of the Alt Penedès, in the Province of Barcelona are presented.
His publication is the result of joint work between the Laboratory of knowledge transfer AQR-Lab, CEGOS and Barcelona Provincial Council.
