ACCOMODATIONS
On the occasion of the conference, a limited number of rooms have been booked at hotels nearby the conference venue. In order to take advantage of the discount rates, the accommodation request should mention “SYMPOSIUM IRUG10” as a reference in the e-mail reservation.
Participants who wish to book their accommodation for the conference in these hotels are kindly requested to refer to the different contacts below.
Each participant should book and pay the room directly. The allotment in each hotel is guaranteed until January 27th. After that date rooms not booked will be available upon request and upon the hotel’s availability.
