B.A. in Archaeology
The BA in Archaeology is designed to train students interested in academic or professional work in the field of archaeology. Medieval Archaeology is a diachronic subject, and is part of several courses of the second year of the degree programme (Medieval History and Written and documentary sources) and also essential to subsequent compulsory and optional courses (Medieval and Post-Medieval Archaeology, Materials and Production Techniques in the Middle Ages, and Latest Trends in Medieval Archaeology). All courses are taught by medieval archaeologists from the Department, who also collaborate in the courses Archaeological practices I and II. The Department also offers the undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in archaeological excavations of medieval sites. For more information please visit: BA in Archaeology
