Monitoring

Once the thesis Project is submitted and accepted, each subsequent academic year and until the submission of the doctoral thesis, the student will be monitored and will present the results obtained during this period. The project will be monitored and assessed by a Permanent Committee from the Medicine Doctorate Program and the resolution will be informed to the student.

Procedure

The process of monitoring will be done by an IT Application. The student must enter the data into de IT Application, designed for this purpose in order to avoid commuting and waiting time in the Secretary.

TUTORIAL OF THE IT APPLICATION FOR THE THESIS PROJECT MONITORING

Once the monitoring is done, the IT Application will be kept opened so that the students can enter all the publications or stays abroad he/she may do.
