Room reservation for the reading of the thesis

When the secretary of the Thesis Committee informs PhD Students about the date of the reading, they will go to the corresponding Information Point to reserve a room according to the model from each concrete location (Clínic, Bellvitge, Sant Joan de Déu)

Doctor Certificate

Once the thesis is read, the application for the certificate must be done in the Secretary of Students and Teaching of the faculty of Medicine (Casanova, 143) from the moment when the secretary of the thesis committee has delivered the lecture record. Check documents needed

PhD with distinction

The distinction is awarded to thesis read during the previous academic year and have been rated SUMMA CUM LAUDE. It's not required to submit any application since it's the Doctoral Committee of the Faculty who has this responsability, though it may require other complementary information from the doctors who have participate.
