Context Required In Danone Spain we see the need to increase the internal SENSORY capabilities in order to:

- Increase product culture and market understanding cross functional in our company

- Enlarge the know-how of quality product validation through all functions of factory teams

- Boost the organoleptic knowledge within teams to attend internal projects requests and act quicker

- Be able to help in developing unique and differentiate products Objectives of the role Organize, lead and train the Internal Panelists of "Academia de Catadores" in Central Office *

 

Organize and give specific Sensory trainings to R&I, Quality, MKTG and Factory teams

* Give the right Sensory Support in COPROD Projects and prepare the Sensory reports with clear recommendation (´pre-aligned with the SBS Manager)

* Organize and do the follow up in the Senspry activities of Shelf-life extension of existing market products

* Support SBS Manager in internal and external consumer tests.

 

Targeted profile Required

1) Great communication skills

2) Speak very well Catalan and Spanish languages

3) Knowledge in Food Sensory Evaluation; ranking test, triangle test, samples organization, etc...

4) Well interested in teaching and giving training (not shy)

5) Pro-active and energic profile
