The assertion that music has the ability to produce pleasure universally starts getting into question. A study by researchers at the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Campus Bellvitge, in which participated among others, the researcher Josep Marco-Pallares IDIBELL; say they have found evidence of musical anhedonia in individuals not accustomed to listening to music, say not feel any emotion or anomaly. These studies have been published in an article in the journal Current Biology.
