From the dawn of humanity, food has represented more than mere survival; it has been a symbol of joy, comfort, and cultural identity. In Food Through the Ages, we delve into how food has always connected cultures and fostered a sense of pride; we concentrate on the culture of food by focusing on how food binds families, nations and empires together, and how individuals and societies have challenged conventions and ingrained habits. Through immersive, hands-on experiences—including visits to markets, museums, and workshops—we step outside the classroom to uncover the rich and dynamic history of food.
