Catalan olive oil taste by Alicia Foundation.
The culinary research center Alicia Foundation, will offer a Catalan olive oil tasting
served in an innovative way (texture) called olive oil caviar. This technique was
developed by Ferran Adrià in 'El Bulli' restaurant and now is presented for the first time
out of its doors.
