HOW TO USE GRIDCOR v. 4.0 (5)

Printing the outputs

To print the results of the analysis you must have saved them into a complementary file (*.res) or print the automatically generated file (*.lis).

Warning: As said before, the printer buffer may overload if you choose to print all measures. It is a good idea to select only some of the measures to save, because a *.res file too big might generate an error. You may repeat this process to save the measures you left out on the first time.

The 4.- Print file button displays a window where you can select the results file to print

Once you have made your choice, GRIDCOR shows this screen:

Here, you can have a preview of the printed output. You may even modify this output by writing directly inside the text box. To send it to the printer, click on the printer icon on the upper right of the screen.

You may also copy the results into a word processor file. First, select the results to copy, placing the cursor over them and moving the mouse while pressing the left button; then, press the [Control] and [c] keys. Now, open the word processor and place the cursor where you want to introduce the results, and press [Control] and [v].

Warning: Sometimes it will be necessary to fix the copied text, specially by removing extra spaces in order to align the columns. It is better to copy the Dual Diagrams and the Plotting of Axes directly from their windows, not from the results file.

You may return to the main menu by clicking on Close.
