Complete the Registration Form: Attach the payment receipt to the form. Only registrations with the receipt included will be processed.

General considerations
Registration fees are based on the date of the bank remittance receipt. The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable
if the payment is made before the deadlines listed above.
Payment must accompany the registration form.
Payments made without registration cannot be processed or confirmed. Bank drafts and checks cannot be accepted.
All bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the workshop with first and family names of the registrant
(i.e. Comaruga_firstNAME_familyNAME), as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.
If payment is made for more than one person or by a company, please make sure participant names are clearly indicated.
Participants are requested to send a copy of the payment receipt though the registration form in this website.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated by e-mail to the organizers and will be subject
to the following conditions:
Cancellations received on or before June 15th, 2025: Refund of registration fee minus an administrative charge of 30%.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received after June 15th, 2025: No refund will be made.
All participants will be
responsible for their travel and living expenses.

should make the hotel reservation directly, at your
earliest convenience.
