VSAC Fees & Registration

Abstract submission is no longer possible, but you can register to attend VSAC

Note that early (cheaper) registration has ended the 17th of April 2016. After this date, the fees had increased (see table). 

Registration includes full access to the main conference, the Cosmocaixa Museum and coffee breaks.

The registration fees do not include the social dinner. The social dinner can be booked as an option at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Refund after written cancellation is possible until the deadline:

• Full refund deadline -> May 30, 2016
• 60% refund deadline -> August 1, 2016
• No refund after August 1, 2016
