La esfera pública sentimental y las emociones políticas en un estado de crisis

Luisa-Elena Delgado (University of Illinois. Urbana Champaign) will give a lecture entitled "La esfera pública sentimental y las emociones políticas en un estado de crisis". Delgado is a professor of Spanish literature, cultural and literary theory, and gender studies. Her research is focused on the cultural imaginary of Spanish nationalism and on the notions of normality and exceptionalism in Spanish literature and culture. She is the author of various articles and books, among them La nación singular (2014) and La imagen elusiva. Lenguaje y representación en la narrativa de Galdós (2002). Attendance is free.
