UPDATE: New documentation for projects that involve UB groups

The CBUB has considered it is necessary to establish a procedure for research projects that involve groups of the University (such as students), to inform the Vice-Deans of Research of the corresponding faculty/ies that the project is being carried out.  

This document will be filled in by the researcher or the main researchers of the project, and will be presented for information to the corresponding Vice-Dean of Research, so that it is registered that they are aware of the realization of the project.  

The Technical Secretary, once the documentation presented has been reviewed, will communicate the need to present this document. It should be noted that its processing will not influence the project entering the corresponding plenary session, but it will be necessary to obtain the favorable report of the CBUB.
