The main aims of the Chair are to promote higher education training and entry into the job market. The objective is to enhance the employability of young university graduates who have financial problems by fostering their further higher education (master’s degrees and postgraduate courses) and promoting work experience. There is a focus on young people who have physical, mental or sensory disabilities.
