Presentation
The UB Chair on Artificial Intelligence and the Media was created with the aim of exploring and analysing the impact of artificial intelligence technologies in the creation, distribution and consumption of content through public broadcasting.
The main objective of the chair is to understand how these technologies can transform the processes of content production, optimize information distribution and customise the user’s experience. It also aims to promote the training of professionals with the skills to lead this transformation and contribute to the dissemination of the knowledge created.
From the perspective of the academic framework, the chair will promote collaboration between researchers, professionals in the field and students, offering a space for discussion and the exchange of knowledge and expertise. Other training activities will also be carried out, such as seminars, conferences, workshops and specialized courses to promote a more detailed understanding of AI and its potential in communication media.
The UB Chair on Artificial Intelligence and the Media aims to make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the media and the development of a more informed, critical and connected society.
