Objective
Analyse the econòmic impact in Catalonia derived of the delay in the execution System of Judicial Sentences l’impacte econòmic a Catalunya derivat de l’endarreriment en el sistema d’execució de Sentències Judicials. The paper focuses mainly in the analysis that the weaknesses of the judicial System have in the business world.
Methodology
Measure the efficiency of justice, analyze the judicial system and the impact it has on economic activity. Comprehensive analysis of the executions measuring their economic impact in Catalonia. Estimation of the economic impact of an improvement in the efficiency of the system of executions with the elaboration of several scenarios for the simulation of this improvement. Realization of a comparative analysis of the system of executions of judicial sentences. Exhibition of improvement proposals.
