Study of the evolution of the economic activity of North Barcelona. Period 2005-2008.

Methodology The principal sources of this information will be the Record of the National Health Service, Camerdata and the SABI (System of Analysis of Iberian Balance sheets). Descriptive Analysis of: Affiliated by contribution groups, birth and destruction of companies by sectors, growth of companies, sector distribution of firms by size from the number of employed and/or turnover, GVA growth by sectors, productivity and economic profitability ratios by sectors, distribution of companies as take benefits or losses by sectors. 3. Tries to compare the existing situation in the municipalities and other territorial areas of the urban system of North Barcelona, with the situation of the municipalities of the urban system of the Llobregat, of the province of Barcelona and of Catalonia, in the period 2005-2008. 4. It is made an analysis of the temporary evolution of the selected variables. 5. It takes into account the changes of sector classification that have occurred in this period. 6. An analysis of some specific areas of particular interest, such as that of the textiles and clothing construction, the health sector, the special Scheme for workers of Home and social service activities with and without accommodation (87 and 88 of the CCAE09).
