Report of feasibility of analysis of the costs of the actions of orientation of the SOC
Analysis of the Services portfolio of the SOC (for the future) and the programs and actions that are similar (for example, the basis of cost future estimates).
Analyze the programs and the realities of the application and the guidance / accompaniment / evaluation, by dimension, and know the available information.
Analysis of the structure of costs associated with each type of the programs carried out that are taken into account for the future of the costs.
Evaluate previous actions that may be subject to analysis.
Design a methodology that allows analyzing the cost of orientation activities.
Literature review, to know if there are things done, here or abroad.
Establish a working group with personnel from central services, work offices and collaborating entities, to obtain information and know their opinion.
Maintain meetings with those responsible for the different programs with guidance / accompaniment action to bring up the costs of the Programs and find what may be the elements that can differentiate the service provided and the associated cost (for example, individual and group tutoring or different counselor profiles depending on the group to which they are directed).
Analysis of the statistical information available in each Program with guidance / accompaniment action (quantification of actions, and costs associated with them).
Make recommendations on the purpose of the proposal.
