Qualitative assessment of public services and youth occupation programs in Catalonia.
1. Update of the labor market analysis: A detailed analysis will be made of the evolution of the main labor market indicators for the young population, comparing their evolution with those of the adult population.
2. Revision of the regulations: Review of the Bases for the youth employment strategy in Catalonia - 2014-2020 Youth Guarantee.
3. Analysis of the results obtained in youth employment programs: Compilation of all the work carried out within the framework of the SOC (both internally and by external researchers) to find ways to improve current services and programs.
4. Review of procedures and applied management: proposal for improvements.
5. Carry out a process of participation with the agents involved (beneficiary entities, work offices, SOC management units) to collect opinions and improvements.
