Objective
Evaluation of the degree of achievement of objectives, guidelines and measures in Strategic Agreement for internationalization, the variability of employment and the competitiveness of the Catalan economy. Design and update a set of indicators of competitiveness that allow to: Compare the evolution of the Catalan economy regarding to other regions, such as: Spain, Madrid, Navarra, the Basque Country and the EU. Evaluate the progress in the execution of objectives relating to: 1. Macroeconomic scope 2. Innovation and knowledge 3. Education and qualifications 4. Infrastructures 5. Business Competitiveness 6. Economic activity and the environment 7. Quality of Employment 8. Social cohesion
Methodology
Definition of a total of 85 monitoring indicators (12 core indicators) Preparation of an individual file for each indicator that includes its temporal evolution and comparison with other regions.
