Objective

a)Evaluate the program implementation process.

b)Evaluate the results obtained in the impact of the program among the participants, in terms of possible employment after the end of the program.

Methodology 1.Evaluation of the program implementation process:
  1. Description of the main features of the Ubicat program
  2. Analysis of the characteristics of the program, as well as its specific operation and its participants
  3. Gathering more detailed information, which will be collected by conducting detailed interviews and surveys with the main subjects involved
2.Evaluation of the results:
  1. Consider whether, in the short term, individuals participating in the program experience a change in the elements that characterize their situation.
  2. Examine whether the individuals who have managed to enter the labor market have obtained a quality job
  3. Counterfactual analysis between treatment group (UBICAT) and control group (non-UBICAT)
