Objective Analyzing the economic impact of food vouchers in Spain and its effects on different involved agents, society as a whole and Public Administration
Methodology Analysis and quantification of direct, indirect and induced effects. Quantitative study of the impact of Food Vouchers in Spain (for the different variables: GVA, production, employment and tax income). A complementary study which includes the qualitative impacts, that are difficult to quantify, but are also necessary to take into account for assessing the overall impact of food vouchers. The statistical information proceeds from both those agents who involved in the process (issuers and users, and restaurant workers) and official sources (Input-Output tables of the Spanish Economy, Household Budget Survey, etc).
