Objective
Advice to action in order to obtain the results of the first innovation barometer made in Catalonia. During the first years, extensive advice is given (sample design, questionnaire, approach, barometer objectives ...) and the computer tool. As of the second year, the sample, the questionnaire and the computer tool will be revised, allowing the results of the survey to be exploited.
Methodology
Give some indications of the areas for improvement on the questionnaire to collect the maximum set of topics of interest. Prepare a methodological review of similar surveys that are made everywhere to design a representative sample of the survey in Catalonia. Proceed to do the analysis of the results and prepare a proposal of the most suitable software for doing the exploitation. Incorporate the criteria by which the final indicators will be built automatically of which consists the Scorecard, from the set of questions that comprise the questionnaire. Give opinions and advice on other issues and specific questions.
