The 17.1 issue of the international journal Expressions maghrébines, indexed in the Arts and Humanities Citation Index, has been published. This issue features a dossier coordinated by Corbin Treacy (Florida State University) and Megan MacDonald (Koç University) entitled "Tahar Djaout, 25 ans après". The essays included in the volume propose different perspectives on the legacy of the Algerian author, his influence on subsequent generations, the role of aesthetics in times of political conflict, the reception of Djaout's work both in his lifetime and posthumously, and the figure of the writer-journalist in public life, as well as a Varia section.
