Joana Masó, researcher of the Centre Dona i Literatura, has coedited the volume Penser à ne pas voir. Écrits sur les arts du visible, 1979-2004, which reflects on the relationship between contemporary art and critical thought, reading and writing. The book, coedited with Ginette Michaud and Javier Basses and published by La Différance, brings together a number of texts which the French philosopher Jacques Derrida dedicated to the question of art and aesthetics, primarily to drawing, painting, photography, film and video, during the years 1980 and 1990. This volume has been published in translation in both Spanish and Portuguese and will be published in English by The University of Chicago Press and in Italian by Jaca Book.
