Tensiones entre el discurso de los derechos humanos y las reivindicaciones de mujeres indígenas desde la perspectiva del ordenamiento jurídico internacional

The Seminari Filosofia i Gènere, of the Consolidated Research Group (GRC) Creació i pensament de les dones, is organizing the thesis workshop for Florencia González Brizuela of the Universitat de Barcelona. Her dissertation, entitled "Tensiones entre el discurso de los derechos humanos y las reivindicaciones de mujeres indígenas desde la perspectiva del ordenamiento jurídico internacional", analyses the tensions arisen when human rights are applied to the demands of native populations, with particular interest in the female experience. The thesis workshop, directed by Rosa Rius Gatell and coordinated by Georgina Rabassó, is an innovative teaching experience which consist in sharing the research trajectory during the doctoral dissertation phase.
