Marina Bernardo Flórez
Marina BERNARDO FLÓREZ is a predoctoral researcher at ADHUC—Universitat de Barcelona. Graduated in English Studies at the University of Barcelona and in Translation and Interpreting at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and with an MA in Construction and Representation of Cultural Identities, she focuses her research on literature, identities and border spaces. Her PhD dissertation, supervised by Dr. Rodrigo Andrés and Dr. Maria González Davies, studies Chicano identity in contemporary children's and young adults' literature in the work of author and illustrator, Maya Christina Gonzalez.
