Mariela Fargas (ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona) coordinates the research workshop "Violències, conflictes i família (XVI-XVII)", which analyses in detail the cases of gender violence in Alt Urgell in the 17th century and the dispute over the barony of Riba-roja of the women of the Requesens family. Carme Xammar and Aitana Finestrat will take part in the event, in dialogue with the coordinator.
Attendance is open to interested people in two modalities: in person and online. For online attendance it is necessary to write to marielafargas@ub.edu well in advance.
