Memoria encarnada. Emociones, cuerpos y migraciones en la producción cultural hispánica del siglo XXI
Call for Papers
Call for papers announced for the symposium "Memoria encarnada. Emociones, cuerpos y migraciones en la producción cultural hispánica del siglo XXI", coordinated by Katarzyna Moszczyńska-Dürst and Aránzazu Calderón Puerta and organized by the research group "GENIA. Género, identidad y discurso en España y América Latina" from the Uniwersytet Warszawski together with the Research Center Theory, Gender, Sexuality (ADHUC). The aim of the symposium is to create a space to discuss and analyze the ways in which the negotiations between memory, gender and emotions in the 21st century Hispanic cultural productions can be created. Thus, the affective role that the memory plays in contemporary social life will be studied as a product emerging from the connection between body and emotions in a transcultural context. This activity is held as part of the research project "Teoria de las emociones y el género en la cultura popular del siglo XXI". See the call for papers, information and registration in the pdf.
