Intersecting Gazes: Perspectives on Queer Debates

Tàcita Muta (Grup d'Estudis de Dones i Gènere a l'Antiguitat), attached to ADHUC, and the Grup de Recerca en Gènere, Identitat i Diversitat (GENI), organizes the seminar Intersected Gazes: perspectives on queer debates. This activity consists of a presentation on the materiality of the visionary and queer discourses concerning the figure of Brígida de Suècia, given by David Carrillo-Rangel (Universitetet i Bergen), and a following round table made up of Carrillo-Ranger himself, Òscar Guasch (GENI-Universitat de Barcelona), María Teresa Vera-Rojas (ADHUC-Universitat de Lleida), and Fina Birulés (ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona), who will chair the interventions. This seminar will be introduced by Maria Dolors Molas Font (coordinator of Tàcita Muta) and Olga Jubany (coordinator of GENI). Entrance is free of charge. Auditors can request a certificate of attendance if required.
