Emocions, cultura popular, gènere
Popular cultural practices play a key role in modelling emotions, and they act as symptoms of their historical moment. The aim of the symposium "Emocions, cultura popular, gènere", coordinated by Helena González Fernández (ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona), is to analyse how an emotional framework (love, romantic love, grief, compassion, desperation, affective hybridity) is negotiated and formed in literature, cinema and contemporary electronic practices. Participants include: Andrea Ruthven (ADHUC-U. Barcelona); Isabel Clúa (ADHUC-U. de Sevilla); Sara Martín (U. Autònoma de Barcelona); Ivan García (U. Barcelona); Fernando Ángel Moreno (U. Complutense de Madrid); Saleta de Salvador Agra (U. de Vigo); Katarzyna Moszczyńska-Dürst (U. Warszawski). This event is organised within the research project Teoria de les emocions i el gènere en la cultura popular del s. XXI. Open to all interested audiences. Hashtag: #pensarelsafectes.
