The exhibition and lecture cycle "Blanc sota negre. Treballs des de l'imperceptible", curated by Joana Masó (Centre Dona i Literatura) and Assumpta Bassas (Universitat de Barcelona), will host the screening of the film Les Goddesses (2011, 61 min., OV with Spanish subtitles) by the artist Moyra Davey. The film is a video-essay which interweaves autobiograhical episodes with the story of Mary Wollstonecraft, author of A Vindication of the Rights of Woman in 1792, and her daughters called "the goddesses": the author of Frankenstein Mary Shelley, Fanny Imlay and her stepsister Clara Claremont.
