Cicle expositiu Blanc sota negre: Antònia del Río

The exhibition "Antònia del Río. Esporgats" is part of the exhibition cycle "Blanc sota negre. Treballs des de l'imperceptible  / 4", curated by Joana Masó (Centre Dona i Literatura) and Assumpta Bassas (Universitat de Barcelona). Beginning in the year 2006, Antònia del Río has worked on projects that explore how memory and oblivion are negotiated in relation to historical and cultural references. In this exhibition in particular, she does so through the metaphor of the book and the mechanisms that regulate libraries’ archives, such as their purging protocols.
