ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To gain an understanding of the science of nutrients and how they cause and prevent diet-related diseases, and to evaluate their impact on human health. - To develop eating habits that are conducive to maintaining a good state of health based on scientific principles.
- To implement dietary practices that promote a good state of health grounded in scientific evidence.- To identify the most appropriate diet for maintaining a good state of health.
