RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Teachers from vocational training centres at all levels, vocational guidance counsellors, teaching coordinators, school or company directors, professional placement coordinators and tutors, pre-service teachers.
ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
General objectives:
- To acquire knowledge and know-how on managing dual training systems.
Specific objectives:
- To recognize and master the practice of dual training teaching and mentoring.
- To recognize and apply the legislation and organization related to dual training.
- To recognize and apply dual training instruments.
- To recognize the key components and draft a Training Plan. - To master the use of subject transferability and transdisciplinarity.
- To acquire the communication skills needed to effectively interact with all training stakeholders (families, staff, companies, local institutions).

- To recognize the basics of educational research and develop the skills needed to address educational research problems.
