Doctoral Extraordinary Award of the Faculty of Biology during the 2011-12

The Doctoral Extraordinary Award has been won by Dr. Mari Carmen Pineda, who defended on 25 September 2012 at the Faculty of Biology.

The title of the thesis was: "A global wanderer: Biology, phylogeography and resilience of the ascidian Styela plicata Introduced 'and her directors Susana López-Legentil, member of IRBio and Xavier Turon.
