In 2022, I graduated from Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele with an MA degree in Philosophy. My thesis critically examined the key features, advantages, and disadvantages of Kate Manne's ameliorative definition of misogyny. During my bachelor’s degree, obtained at Università degli Studi di Milano, I also studied cultural anthropology, delving into the relationship between nature, culture, and intercultural communication.
Currently, I am a PhD student at the University of Barcelona, working on a research project supervised by Professor Esa Díaz León and Professor Teresa Marques. My project focuses on designing a new ameliorated definition of the term 'misogyny', and it is supported by the Barcelona Institute of Analytical Philosophy (Ref: CEX2021-001169-M). I was assigned to the research package [WP4] Evidence in Philosophy of Mind, led by Professor Josefa Toribio.
My primary areas of interest are Philosophy of Mind and Language, Feminist Philosophy, Conceptual Engineering, and Social Ontology. Specifically, I am interested in exploring the cultural, social, and linguistic practices that enable us to understand how the social context influences individual and collective performances related to gender oppression.
