Specific objectives
In order to achieve the main objectives of the project, several specific objectives are defined. The objectives are classified among these specifically assigned to subproject 1 ( S1, leaded by UAB) or to subproject 2 ( S2, leaded by UB), with little participation of the other subproject, and these shared by both subprojects together. As there is a clear correspondence between specific objectives and working packages (WP), the number of the related WP is indicated in each case.
- To develop modified electrodes with different technologies for voltammetric sensors and sensor arrays (WP1). (S1, S2)
- To develop modified electrodes with use of Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). Use of MIPs also for sensing and separation (WP2). (S1)
- To investigate the possibilities of spectroelectrochemical measurements for hybrid sensing, (WP3). (S2)
- To adapt voltammetric and optical sensors to flow measurements (WP4). (S2)
- To develop and apply chemometric strategies for data fusion and data treatment (WP5). (S1, S2)
- To integrate the achievements of WP1-WP5 into biosensors and bioanalysis systems with enhanced recognition elements (WP6). (S1, S2)
- To apply the biosensors and bioanalysis systems developed to the samples and analytes considered in the study (WP7). (S1, S2)
- To disseminate the results of the project (WP8). (S1, S2)
The structure of the project and the interactions between the different WP are summarised in the PERT diagram:
