The records archive is open to all citizens given its status of historical and cultural heritage centre, under the conditions established by the regulations on access and data protection.

The staff of the Archive will process your request and will give you the appropriate response, depending on the files available at the Archive. In certain cases, a signed authorization is required from the interested party or their family or heirs.

Online access

Part of the open-access records can be found online through the web tool UBDOC. UBDOC contains descriptions of the files and digital reproductions of some of the documents.

It also features the records table with documentary series, the classification table and the authority records of production units.
