  1. Write your name
  2. Write the name of your mother (or equivalent)
  3. Write the name of your father (or stepfather).
  4. Write the name of the brother closest to you in age.
  5. Write the name of the sister closest to you in age. (If you don't have brothers or sisters but have lived with someone from an early age, include them). FROM THIS POINT ON DO NOT REPEAT ANY NAMES, IF SOMEONE HAS ALREADY BEEN MENTIONED, SIMPLY CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.
  6. Write the name of your partner (if you don't have a partner, write the name of the person of the opposite gender to whom you are closest).
  7. Write the name of the person of the opposite gender who is second-closest to you.
  8. Write the name of your best friend of the same gender.
  9. Write the name of your best friend of the same gender whom you considered to be a good friend but who then let you down.
  10. Write the name of the priest with whom you would most want to talk about your religious feelings.
  11. Write the name of your doctor.
  12. Write the name of the current neighbour that you know best.
  13. Write the name of a person whom you were friendly with but whom you no longer like for some strange reason.
  14. Write the name of the person whom you would most like to help.
  15. Write the name of the person with whom you feel most uncomfortable.
  16. Write the name of a person who you have recently met and whom you would like to get to know better.
  17. Write the name of the teacher who had the greatest influence on you when you were about ten years old.
  18. Write the name of the teacher whose point of view you consider to be the most questionable.
  19. Write the name of someone who was your boss during a period of tension.
  20. Write the name of the most successful person you know.
  21. Write the name of the happiest person you know.
  22. Write the name of the person who seems to have the highest ethical standard.
