WP1 ensures the project’s overall coordination and monitoring of work packages, deliverables, internal and periodic reports and milestones, including financial and administrative management.

  • Set up and coordination of a professional management framework to minimize the administrative burden for the participants while confirming the EC regulations.
  • Verify quality of the activities, guarantee of established deadlines and risk management.
  • Management and Communication with the Consortium Bodies.
  • Internal communication between project partners and liaising with the European Commission.

  • Actions Plans and Internal Assessments reports.
  • Risk management and Quality assurance.
