Professional Experience
Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Barcelona (UB). After spending 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry, first at Hosbon and then at Laboratorios Uriach, she joined the University in 2001 as a full-time professor. She has collaborated as the Head of Quality Assurance since the founding of SDM in 1996 and UB-Farmatec since its inception in 2015. She is a board member of AEFI and a member of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia.
She has supervised 8 doctoral theses related to the development of formulations using predictive preformulation tools, and her current research focuses on the development of pediatric medicines (solutions, suspensions, mini-tablets and 3D printing).
